We do not offer refunds for shirts that have printed names or any form of customization.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

We offer a 30 day returns policy.

A full refund will be given for items not described accurately in the product description. A full refund will only be given if an item is not described accurately. If your shirt doesn’t fit when it arrives we are happy to exchange the item within 30 days of purchase. Returns are at the cost of the buyer. Note we do not except returns on customised shirts.

Please contact us at info@myretrojersey.com before returning an item. Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us. All items must be sent back via a signed for delivery method.

Your email should have the following information so that we can process a return.

  • Your name
  • Order reference number
  • Your Address
  • Email address
  • Contact number
  • Date of purchase
  • Date the goods were received by you
  • If you originally ordered multiple items, which do you want to return?
  • Reason for return

When we approve a return, please send the product along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund.

Damaged Or Faulty Items Received By You

If you received a damaged or faulty product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items can be refunded.
