Return Timeline & Eligibility

We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of your delivery date.

To qualify for a full refund, your returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and odor-free.
  • Packaging: Returned in its original packaging with all product tags fully attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: Accompanied by the original order confirmation or packing slip.
  • 14-Day Dispatch Deadline: Once you contact us to initiate a return, your package must be postmarked and shipped back to us within 14 calendar days of that initial contact. Returns dispatched after 14 days will become invalid and will not be eligible for a refund.

Step 3: Securely Package Your Jersey

Pack the jersey safely in its original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
  • Items must be shipped within 14 calendar days of contacting us.
  • We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance (and keeping your proof of postage), as we cannot guarantee receipt or issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refund Inspection & Processing Time

  • Quality Check: Once your package arrives, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return standards. You will receive an email confirmation regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Payout Timeline: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. (Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable).

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To maintain product quality and fairness, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized & Personalised Jerseys: Any retro kit featuring custom name prints, custom numbers, or special sleeve patches.
  • Worn or Damaged Goods: Items showing signs of wear, washing, makeup/deodorant stains, or missing tags.
  • Sale & Clearance Items: Products purchased under final sale or promotional clearance discounts.
  • Gift Cards.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We hold our vintage football shirts to the highest standard. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  2. Include your Order Number, a brief description, and clear photo evidence of the issue.
  3. Our team will promptly review your request and arrange a complimentary replacement or full refund.

Size & Style Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange your jersey for a different size or retro kit is to return your original purchase for a refund (using the steps above) and place a new order online immediately.
