The website said 3-7 days delivery when I purchased the product. That was over 2 weeks ago but it hasn’t arrived only an email saying ‘being processed’ and no way of tracking. I’m hoping that this is a glitch and that the product will soon arrive and that it will prove satisfactory.
Update to reply: my order is #241599. Wow, up to 21 days (so typically up to almost month’s wait?). That may’ve been in smaller print as certainly I missed it, and curiously after 6 days I started receiving emails from you asking for this review of the product. I hope you’ll be able to help and of course I’ll happily upgrade my review on receipt of the product.
Upate 2: Hurrah! The package arrived, 13 days after purchase. All seems fine, so I am upgrading my rating. It would have been very helpful and a lot less confusing, though, to have been able to track its progress and not be sent emails, including a ‘final reminder’, asking for a review long before the package was shipped.
