I ordered a shirt which turned out to be the wrong size, I enquired to request an exchange to the next size up, I received a quick response from Jon who said he'll send out the new size at no extra cost, he also said I could keep the original shirt or give it to charity without needed to send back.
I felt this was a very kind gesture which I didn't ask for, and they didn't need to do.
Will be back for my next shirt.

Excellent communication.. slight issue with the size which was my own fault however the team rectified this and issued a new top straight away. Good quality.
I ordered two jerseys that are clearly replicas but look good. Don't worry if you don't receive a bunch of emails confirming the order has been received, is being processed, packed and finally sent. They will deliver within three weeks. Customer service is helpful when approached.
